The substance of a company emanates from the individual and is to be developed from the individualThe design of the Assessment, Coaching and Leadership-Training orientates itself on this.
Pioneers in Interdisciplinarity
Since its inception Manres has been committed to interdisciplinarity. The professional setting is based on positive psychology and on its different areas of application such as sports or langauge psychology. We represent a holistic perspective, which is based on Judeo-Christian culture. We stand for a a critical methodological pluralism and respect valid principles. We assume a concept of an individual which holds a person accountable and responsible as both a cognitive and formative entity. We thus integrate the tradition of the normative with the possibilities of constructivism. From this we derive a « Best of » psychology, on the basis of which we develop ever-new instruments in the service of people and their organisations.
Pioneers in Our Product Sector
The quality of leadership activity is essentially related to the respective personality of the leader. Thus, both beyond and within the realms of known management teaching, we have long assumed the constitutive linkage between personality training and leadership. For this purpose we develop custom instruments and have offered assessments and coaching for managers since as early as 1990. This gives expression to our creed, whereby the personality of the leader is the most important « Leadership instrument ». Our leadership programmes target personality development and strengthen both relationship and leadership competence. This competence gain is mirrored ultimately in business success.
Pioneers in the Market and Service Philosophy
For Manres, the disciplines of psychology and economics belong inextricably together. Directed at the most important functions of the company – success in competition thanks to sustainable success in cultural and human respects - we stand for a joint strategy combining psychology and economics. We do not think in problems and outlays, we think in results and performance.
