Our consultants have:

• A professional university qualification in Humanities and/or Economics
• Work in multilingual manner nationally and internationally
• Perceive people as value-oriented, meaning-oriented and beings who are happy to perform per se
• Have a self-dependent and entrepreneurial attitude

We will train you in all other aspects in our internal training sessions and in accompanied assignments with our customers – from day one.
