Graduated in chemistry and education, doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Zurich, MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
Trained coach in systemic and behaviour-oriented psychology. Member of the "International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA)".
Member of the "Selection and Individual Support" Commission as well as "Crisis Coach" at the Swiss Studies Foundation.
Author of numerous publications on various business and organisational issues.

Main focus of consultancy activities:
Organisation and management of development and transformation processes, design of transformation architecture and implementation tracking, coupled with commercially effective change management.
